Workers in my office put milk in their coffee when they drink. I often go to buy milk at a newsstand at the first floor. Without paying every time I go there, I just tell my companies’ name. Workers in the newsstand record it, and I pay the bill at the end of the months. I have just started to work in my company about one month ago. I wanted to be careful to make mistakes, so without believing them, I counted the number of milk by myself as well. When I went to the newsstand today to pay my bill, I was surprised. My record said 18, but the owner insisted me it was 30. I was up set for the excessive charges. I am going to talk to a person in charge in my account department what I should do in the future. By the way, Mr. B who is famous as a weirdo in my office demonstrated how to make cocoa in his own way. Believe or not, he used cold water instead of hot water. At first, he put a small amount of water in a cup and added two bags of cocoa powder. Without using spoon for stirring, he just shook the cup slowly to mix. According to him, if he used a spoon, cocoa would not be kept clean. He continued to shake. It was a little melt in the cup, but it seemed a lot of lumps of cocoa power were still remained. However, the lumps might be very tasteful for him. He planed to demonstrate it for only me, but he was surrounded by a lot of our workers. I think he was a little embarrassed and mumbled, “I should have demonstrated after they left,” and He left from my desk. He is weird. After my work, I went to The Time Warner Center. The view from the building was quite good. I recommend this place to see nice view.
